Please book each individual separately or call us to reserve more than one spot. An ERTH Cycle consists of Redlight Therapy, Grounding, Sauna, and Cold Plunge. Given that your appointment is 1 hour, you can typically do multiple cycles. Bring lots of water for the sauna, and bring socks to help you endure the cold plunge. Come relax, repair, recover and release toxins.
If you come more than 2x per week, being a member is the only way to go! Members get more booking times and discounts on all our other services!
To ensure a seamless and rejuvenating experience at ERTH Wellness Spa, we recommend the following for your visit:
- Attire: Wear comfortable clothing. Swimsuits are ideal for the ERTH Cycle, which includes sauna sessions and cold plunges.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and begin your session relaxed and on time.
- What to Bring: We provide towels and complimentary plastic bags for your wet swimsuit. You may bring personal items like a water bottle or hair ties if needed.
