Yes — all medications are prescribed by licensed providers and filled through state-regulated compounding pharmacies in the U.S. If you're medically approved for treatment, you'll receive compounded testosterone from a trusted, licensed pharmacy. Every product we provide is manufactured in the United States and meets strict quality standards.

While the root causes of Hypogonadism can vary — and sometimes signal deeper health concerns — our care is centered on this particular issue. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) can come with a few potential side effects. A common one is reduced sperm production and minor testicular shrinkage due to decreased spermiogenesis. While many patients don't find this concerning, if maintaining fertility or testicular volume is important to you, our providers can offer simple solutions to help.
Another common side effect is bacne (back acne), especially when starting therapy. The good news? At ERTH Wellness, we have effective, easy-to-manage treatments for both of these concerns—so you can feel confident and stay on track with your goals.
Once your provider prescribes testosterone, your prescription is sent to one of our trusted, licensed partner pharmacies. The pharmacy usually processes orders within one business day, and shipping typically takes 2-3 days after that. In most cases, patients receive their medication within 10 business days from their telehealth appointment.
To be eligible for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) at ERTH Wellness, patients must be between the ages of 24 and 70. As part of the diagnostic process, lab work is required—including total testosterone, a CBC panel, and total PSA.
